Currently Senior Program Manager with the National Council on Crime and Delinquency. Primary duties include managing the audit programming and auditor training for the National Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) Resource Center. Select research experience: Penal reform, constitutional conditions, and continuity of care in California's prison Realignment; Specialty court evaluation and analysis of impacts on served populations; Public health and health disparities in the UK; Constitutional reform in the UK; Political economy of the Indian Health Service; Post-socialist legal reform in Romania.
